About Us
Our office is a full-service AAHA-accredited veterinary center offering preventative wellness care, in-house laboratory, ultrasound/radiology, chiropractic care, rehabilitation, surgery and so much more!
We take pride in our hard work, dedication, and commitment to ensuring our patients and clients leave happy. We use a fear-free approach centered around alleviating stress in our patients, which leads to an enhanced experience for everyone involved, including pets, owners, and the veterinary team.

At Viera East Veterinary Center we value our team members and believe they are our most valuable asset. Our practice has been open since 1996 with Dr Linda Madyda being one of the original owners. Dr. Alison Bywater came in to partner with Dr. Madyda in 2003. We are an AAHA-accredited facility and utilize a high standard of veterinary excellence. We are also a proud partner of the American Veterinary Medical Foundation, which is a veterinary care charitable fund. The Viera East Veterinary Center has been voted a neighborhood favorite on the Nextdoor app by the locals for several years in a row!
Location, Location, Location
We are located in an always-developing area in the heart of Brevard County. Our clinic is located near world-famous Cocoa Beach (30 minutes), the Brevard Zoo (10 minutes), and less than an hour from the Orlando theme parks (Disney, Universal, Sea World). Our staff has enjoyed events at both Disney and Universal as we strengthen our bond as a team. We have many delicious locally-owned restaurants near us - from pizza and burgers to seafood, steaks, and fine dining! If you enjoy live performances and theater, look no further than the King Center for Performing Arts (20 minutes) or the Historic Cocoa Village Playhouse (15 minutes).
